End-to-end ownership
I can take a rough business problem through product decisions, UI, data, integrations, testing, deployment, and the fixes that only show up after launch.
I’m Neil Busque, an AI and full-stack developer with an operations brain and a designer’s eye. I turn rough ideas into software people can use—then stay close enough to make sure it works in the real world.

90-second introduction Why I’m useful on a small, ambitious team. Open my introduction I’m a full-stack developer who came up through design, marketing, and operations. That means I do not see a feature as just code. I see the person using it, the handoff around it, the metric it should move, and the failure nobody thought to put in the ticket.
I have built and now operate more than ten production apps on my own: multi-tenant SaaS, AI agents with real permissions, realtime consumer products, internal tools, and automation that replaced hours of manual work. Before that, I ran operations and shipped systems across more than ten client accounts.
I’m looking for a team where I can own meaningful problems, work close to the people using what we build, and keep shipping. If you need somebody who can think through the product, design the experience, build the system, and take responsibility after launch, that is the work I want to do.
These are shipped products and client builds, not portfolio concepts. Open them, inspect the case studies, and ask me about the decisions behind them.

I do not treat the ticket as the whole problem. I look at the flow, the hierarchy, the edge cases, and whether a real person will understand what to do next.
Five years across marketing and operations taught me to connect software to revenue, handoffs, reporting, and the unglamorous work a team actually does.
I build agents around permissions, auditability, and human approval. The goal is useful leverage, not a demo that becomes dangerous around real data.
I do not need a perfect ticket. I need the real problem, access to the people who feel it, and ownership to make it better.
That is where I do my best work: close to users, close to the business, and responsible for more than the first clean demo.
I’m looking for a full-time or long-term role where I can build useful AI and software with a small, capable team—not spend the week passing work between silos.
You should not have to chase a developer for context or wait until the deadline to discover the hard part. This is what I hold myself to.
I ship a working slice quickly, then improve it against real feedback. Long stretches of invisible work are a warning sign, not a process.
Clear updates, honest tradeoffs, documented decisions, and an early warning when something changes. No theatre and no hiding behind jargon.
The edge cases, responsive states, permissions, loading failures, documentation, and handoff matter as much as the clean happy-path demo.
If the right answer is a smaller build, a plain automation, or no AI at all, I will say it. The company winning matters more than protecting my first idea.
Designing, building, and operating 10+ production applications across multi-tenant SaaS, AI agents, consumer PWAs, and internal tools.
Cut onboarding from 30 days to 7, shipped 20+ n8n workflows across 10+ client accounts, and automated more than 60% of recurring operations work.
Built client websites, funnels, CRM systems, and automations while running paid campaigns and learning how product, design, and revenue connect.
Unedited client messages, shown exactly as they came in.
Send me the role, the problem you need this person to own, or the question that is keeping you from moving me forward. I’ll answer directly.
